Job Description:

As a Logistics & Financial Associate at Pop Trading Company, you will hold a pivotal position in overseeing and managing our logistics and financial operations. In this role, you will be entrusted with the responsibility for the seamless execution of daily logistics activities, including e-commerce operations. This position offers a distinctive opportunity for a highly adaptable professional, capable of integrating logistics expertise with operational management and financial processing proficiency.

Profile:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required for this position. Alternatively, at least two years of pertinent work experience in a logistics role, preferably within a retail environment, will be considered.

  • Available for a minimum of 24 hours weekly preferred 32 / 40. 

  • Experience with managing budgets related to logistics operations, such as transportation, warehousing, and inventory.

  • Experience with logistics processes to ensure they contribute to overall profitability.

  • Experience with e-commerce systems (Shopify) is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with accounting software and MS Excel.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proactive and flexible work attitude with an eye for detail.

  • Owning a driver licenses is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily e-commerce & warehouse operations.

  • Monitoring and managing all logistical performances activities in the company.

  • Keeping oversight & archiving al logistics processes

  • Building relationships with suppliers & buyers, negotiating terms, and managing contracts

  • You develop and implement strategies to optimize our logistics processes and improve efficiency.

  • Process and manage financial transactions around the logistics process & buyers.

  • Ensuring that all logistics-related financial transactions comply with legal and regulatory standards (e.g., tax, customs regulations).

  • Quickly adapting to changes in the supply chain, such as fluctuations in demand, transportation delays, or financial constraints.

  • Prepare financial reports and analyses.
